Your local vet can remove the matting. Matting should not wait; it will tighten. For safety reasons, do not attempt to remove matting with scissors or de-matting tools. Please add if your pet is matted to the enquiry form.
Please note we have a strict regular grooming policy; due to limited timing and striving for a positive, high-quality, low-stress grooming experience, we, therefore, cannot accommodate cat clients that cannot commit to a strict regular grooming policy.
