Kitten Grooming Package Terms & Conditions

Package Details
The Kitten Grooming Package includes:

• Four (4) kitten bath appointments purchased in advance.
• Nail clipping is included with each visit.
• Sanitary trimming is included with each visit, if required.
• The kitten must be under 6 months old at the first bath.

1. Package Usage

• The package consists of four (4) grooming sessions.
• Sessions are intended to be used at approximately monthly intervals.
• All four sessions must be used within a maximum period of four (4) months from the first appointment, where possible.
• The package expires six (6) months from the date of purchase, regardless of the number of sessions used.
• Any unused sessions remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited.
• Free nail clipping, a maximum of once every two weeks, to be booked as an appointment.

2. Non-Transferable

• The package is valid only for the kitten/cat and owner named at the time of purchase.
• The package cannot be transferred, shared, sold, or gifted to another person or another pet.

3. Refund Policy

• No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for unused, missed, cancelled, or forfeited sessions.
• Refunds/Partial refunds will only be considered if Lexie’s Cat Grooming determines that it is necessary or appropriate due to circumstances at the groomer’s discretion.

4. Additional Charges

The package price covers only the services listed above. Additional charges may apply for:

• Matting or knot removal, clipping requiring extra time or specialised handling.
• Fleas, ticks, mites, or other parasites requiring additional treatment, cleaning, or sanitation procedures.
• Aggressive, fearful, or difficult behaviour that significantly increases handling time.
• Any additional grooming services requested by the owner that are not included in the package.

5. Health & Welfare

• Owners must disclose any known medical conditions, injuries, behavioural issues, or sensitivities before each appointment.
• Lexie’s Cat Grooming reserves the right to refuse or discontinue grooming if it would pose a risk to the cat’s health, welfare, or safety, or to the safety of staff.

6. Appointment Attendance

• Appointment bookings are subject to availability.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may be considered a used session unless otherwise agreed to by Lexie’s Cat Grooming.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the Kitten Grooming Package, the owner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Lexie’s Cat Grooming reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

 

Pricing

Bathing, blow-drying, nail clipping, ear cleaning, coat assessment, kitten meet and treat, free nail clipping in between.

Free Kitten Introduction Meet-and-Treat prior to the first bath. 

This is where we will decide on the required package for your cat.

Package 1: $400 (save up to $220 on purchasing alone)

Package 2: $500 (save up to $280 on purchasing alone)

Package 3: $550 (save up to $350 when purchased alone)
